Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 12, 2026
This policy explains what personal data Evenant US, Inc. ("Evenant", "we", "us") collects when you use evenant.com, nexus.evenant.com, and our related pages and services (the "Services"), how we use it, and who we share it with.
Who we are
Evenant US, Inc. is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
Evenant US, Inc. Email: support@evenant.com
What we collect
Information you give us
- Name and email address, when you subscribe, create an account, or make a purchase
- Billing address and country, at checkout
- Payment card details, which are entered directly into Stripe's secure fields and never reach our servers
- Anything you post inside our course community, or send us by email or chat
Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and approximate location
- Pages visited, referring URLs, time on page, and clicks
- Cookies and similar identifiers, including advertising and analytics identifiers
How we use it
- To deliver the courses, downloads, and community access you have purchased
- To process payments and issue refunds
- To send you course-related emails, and marketing emails you have opted in to
- To provide customer support
- To measure how our site and ads perform, and to improve both
- To meet our tax, accounting, and legal obligations
Our legal bases, where the GDPR applies, are: performance of a contract (delivering what you bought), consent (marketing emails, non-essential cookies), legitimate interests (site security, measurement, improving our products), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).
Analytics and session measurement
We use third-party tools to understand how visitors use the Services.
Microsoft Clarity. We use Microsoft Clarity to capture how visitors interact with our website through behavioural metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. Clarity records mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, and page navigation in order to reconstruct a visual playback of a browsing session. Clarity masks the contents of form fields by default, so text you type into forms is not captured. Microsoft's use of this data is governed by the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. We use Google Analytics to measure site traffic and how visitors move through our pages. Google Tag Manager is used to deploy these and other measurement tags. Some of these events are sent from our own servers rather than from your browser.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API. We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure the performance of our advertising and to show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. This includes sending Meta a hashed version of your email address and name when you make a purchase, so Meta can match the purchase to an ad. Hashing means Meta does not receive your email address in readable form.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it with the service providers we need in order to run the business:
Provider Purpose Stripe Payment processing Shopify Payment processing and order management on some products MailerLite Email delivery and list management Circle Course delivery and community hosting Webflow Website hosting Railway Hosting for our checkout backend Make Automation between the systems above Google Analytics and tag management Meta Advertising measurement Microsoft Clarity Site analytics and session replay Richpanel Customer support inbox and chat We may also disclose personal data where we are legally required to, or in connection with a sale or reorganisation of the business.

Evenant US, Inc. is based in the United States, and our service providers are located in the United States and elsewhere. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, your personal data will be processed in a country that may not offer the same level of data protection as your own. Where required, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent transfer mechanism with our providers.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, analytics, and advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking non-essential cookies will not prevent you from buying or accessing a course.
How long we keep it
- Course access and account data: for as long as you hold access to a course you have purchased

- Marketing contact data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it

Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. If you are in the EEA or UK you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what categories of personal data we collect and how we use them, the right to request deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell your personal data.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@evenant.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

We use industry-standard measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit and restricted access to our systems. Payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified, and never touches our servers. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
