Have a question? Get an answer!

Is this for me even if I'm a beginner at piano?

Absolutely it is! We have lectures for absolute beginners, but the course is suitable for a wide range of skill levels from beginner to intermediate. We’ll teach you everything you need to get going using the piano as a composition tool, all we assume from you is basic compositional knowledge, and how to use a DAW and sample libraries. Most lectures are also flexible to apply to different skill levels.

Are these live classes or can I enroll now and take it at my own pace?

These are self-paced, daily dripped lessons for 30 days. You will have lifetime access to the course, and can at any time go back and go through the lessons at your own pace. Life gets in the way sometimes, but the course will always be there for you, as will the course community with students where you can ask questions and get advice.

Why are the doors open for a limited time?

This is to provide all students with the best experience we can, and to control group size in the online community. It's just Arn & Walid who teach this. We are busy professionals so controlling it this way helps us allocate the required time and resources for you.

What if I change my mind, or the course isn’t for me?

We would never want you to be unhappy. If you don't see any progress, reach out within 21 days and get every dollar back, no questions asked.

You mentioned we will be doing this day by day, across 30 days. What if I miss a day?

The modules and lectures will always be there for you to go through at your own pace. They simply drop one day at a time to ensure you spend time exercising each lecture, but remain open for you to study completely at your own pace. This is not a race, but a learning journey.

What skills or knowledge do I need to take this course?

As far as piano, none is required. But we do assume basic composing and arranging skills - this is after all a course on how composers can utilize the piano.

Do I need a physical piano, or is a MIDI Keyboard fine?

No physical piano is needed, but you will lean how to utilize it in your process if you wish. Otherwise, any MIDI keyboard of any size can be utilized for these lessons - but at least 49 keys (preferably bigger) is recommended.
